Orto, Italian for vegetable garden, is the new book by designer Ilana Efrati and historian Or Rosenboim. The dinner explores the food of their 'orto' in Umbria, based on the book's stories and recipes using fresh ingredients and organic olive oil. The dinner and tells the stories of the migrants and travellers who have lived there from the Middle Ages to our days.
